Background & Experience
Shivam Gera works on acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, private equity transactions and domestic and cross-border investments. His work includes transaction structuring, legal due diligence, shareholders’ arrangements and regulatory approvals.
He also advises on listed-company governance, disclosures and securities regulatory proceedings, as well as private client and trust structures. He is a qualified Company Secretary and holds a Master of Business Laws from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru.
